Romaine Mundle insists that Sunderland's form will turn around as long as the team keep working hard.
BUILD ON SECOND HALF
“I thought we gave it a real go in the second half. I thought we were good in spells and we got the two goals that made it 2-2, and then we kind of let ourselves down with the last two goals. But I think it’s something we can build on with how we played in the second half. We’ve still got a lot more to give. I think we need to keep working hard with our heads down and see where it can take us.”
FIRST SAFC GOAL
“I can totally build on that with the performances and hopefully more goals to come. I’m happy with it but just need to keep working hard.”
STICK TOGETHER
“We have to stick together. This is part of football. It’s not a nice feeling but as long as we stick together we can get out of this, and just pick up results from now.”
FANS
“They helped us massively in that second half. We owe a couple of results to them for travelling and everything. So thanks to the fans, they’re amazing, but we need to just keep working hard and hopefully give something back to the fans.”
